Job summary

Carolina Restoration Services of North Carolina Inc in Morrisville, NC seeks an Emergency Services Project Manager to lead residential/commercial mitigation projects after property damage. You will coordinate crews, manage timelines, produce estimates with Xactimate, and ensure safety and high customer service.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in emergency mitigation/insurance restoration, IICRC certifications, and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience handling emergency mitigation services in residential/commercial property restoration.
• 5+ years in the insurance property restoration industry.
• Project management experience in the construction or insurance property restoration.
• Well versed writing insurance claim estimates using Xactimate estimating software.
• Proficiency in Xactimate.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office user; Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Experience with DASH software a PLUS.
• Ability to lead/motivate and manage others on a daily basis in a positive manner.
• Effective organizational, stress and time management skills; proven ability to multi-task.
• Excellent communication skills with people from all walks of life.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable.
• Ability to work after hours/on-call on a rotational basis as well as occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Professionally represent the company’s Purpose and Core Values.
• Assess damages and create professional estimates within designated time frames using Xactimate.
• Adhere to SOPs, including accurate job costing, homeowner communications and DASH notes.
• Provide timely communications with customers, insurance adjusters and agents.
• Organize and manage multiple emergency service mitigation projects simultaneously.
• Create invoices for completed jobs and submit per invoicing protocol.
• Maintain acceptable sales levels and profit margins.
• Manage crews, oversee quality and ensure excellent customer service.
• Generate daily Work Orders; assign jobs and coordinate crews.
• Ensure job site safety and compliance with industry standards.
