Job summary

RestoPros of the Sandhills in Fayetteville, NC is seeking a Mitigation Supervisor to lead a crew performing water, fire, mold, and smoke restoration. You will inspect sites, present solutions, and write estimates using Xactimate, coordinating with homeowners and insurance agents to keep projects on schedule.

Required are at least 4 years of mitigation experience with management responsibility and IICRC WRT certification; strong customer service, multitasking, and project-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of mitigation experience, with leadership preferred.
• IICRC WRT certification required.
• Experience handling insurance claims and homeowners/adjusters.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Inspect sites and present restoration solutions to clients.
• Lead and supervise a team of mitigation technicians.
• Use Xactimate to create proposals and estimates.
• Coordinate with homeowners and insurance agents throughout projects.
• Ensure projects meet timelines and quality standards.
