Restoration Relief is seeking a Project Manager to plan and deliver restoration projects on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards. You will lead a project team, including a Project Coordinator and Estimator, and coordinate with clients and authorities to drive successful outcomes.
The PM will own the project budget, schedule, safety, and the digital project record, and serve as the primary client contact. This full-time, in-person role is based in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for planning and delivering projects that meet Restoration Relief requirements for schedule, budget, and quality. The PM will be assigned to lead a project team consisting of a Project Coordinator (PC), Estimator, and others as required by the project. On a project by project basis, this position will be responsible to drive the project to successful completion. The Project Manager is responsible for maintaining a clear understanding of the funding status for the project.
