Job summary

COMMERCIAL RESTORATION COMPANY LLC in Colorado is seeking a Regional Project Director to create and manage estimates for commercial property damage restoration after events such as fires, floods, hurricanes and other disasters. You will be on site to scope projects and write estimates for production teams.

You will work with owners, adjusters, consultants, and managers, develop budgets, schedules, and change orders, and build relationships with clients and insurance representatives to grow the

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (telephone, oral and written).
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
• Xactimate knowledge and experience preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Must pass background and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Work with operations, sales, marketing, and management to manage reconstruction projects after fire, water damage, mold and other disasters.
• Manage multiple projects across Colorado.
• Negotiate and help settle insurance claims.
• Write scopes of work for property damage events.
• Produce complete and accurate estimates including subcontractor solicitation and pricing.
• Review files for profitability and accuracy.
• Submit estimates in a timely manner.
• Support project managers on change orders.
