Job summary

BMS CAT in Fayetteville, NC, seeks a Project Coordinator to estimate fire, water, flood, and mold losses for residential and commercial properties. You will partner with insurers, adjusters, TPAs, and managers to ensure accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and profitable execution.

Responsibilities include site inspections, preparing estimates, coordinating with production, and developing referral relationships to grow revenue while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on estimating experience (residential and commercial losses).
• Ability to respond to emergency situations including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Experience with mitigation processes and insurance expectations.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and generate repeat referral business.
• Comfort supporting marketing efforts (presentations, networking, customer meetings).
• Excellent organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emergency losses with urgency and ownership.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct thorough site inspections and translate observations into scopes of work.
• Collaborate with production and project management for smooth handoffs.

• Manage multiple residential and commercial projects simultaneously.
• Manage open bid pipeline and follow up on submitted estimates.
• Proactively stay top-of-mind with referral partners between projects.
