Job summary

BMS CAT | National Leader in Disaster Restoration is seeking a Project Coordinator to estimate fire, water, flood, and mold losses for residential and commercial properties and to develop referral-driven revenue opportunities. You will partner with insurance carriers, adjusters, TPAs, property managers, and stakeholders to ensure accurate scopes and competitive pricing.

This dual-role blends technical estimating with proactive relationship-building to drive new business while delivering precise

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on estimating experience for residential and commercial losses
• Ability to respond to emergency losses after hours when needed
• Xactimate experience strongly preferred
• Experience building B2B relationships and generating referral business
• Comfort supporting marketing efforts (presentations, networking, meetings)

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emergencies with urgency and ownership to secure opportunities
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for residential and commercial projects
• Conduct thorough site inspections and translate observations into work scopes
• Collaborate with production and project management for smooth handoffs and scope alignment
• Identify scope gaps and obtain approvals through proper documentation and adjuster communication
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and maintain open bid pipeline
• Proactively engage with referral partners to generate repeat business
• Convert opportunities into long-term referral partnerships
