Job summary

BMS CAT is seeking a Project Coordinator in Fayetteville, NC to estimate fire, water, flood, and mold losses for residential and commercial properties. You will work with insurers, adjusters, TPAs, and property managers to ensure accurate scopes, competitive pricing, and profitable execution.

The role blends technical estimating with referral-driven sales and marketing, producing estimates while developing long-term referral partnerships that generate new revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• 1 year of hands-on estimating experience (residential and commercial losses).
• Ability to respond to emergency situations on nights/weekends/holidays/vacation as necessary.
• Experience with mitigation processes, documentation, and insurance expectations.
• Proven ability to build B2B relationships and generate repeat referral business.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer emergency losses with urgency and ownership to secure opportunities.
• Prepare accurate, competitive estimates for residential and commercial projects.
• Conduct site inspections and translate observations into scopes of work.
• Collaborate with production and project management to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Identify scope gaps and pursue approvals with proper documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and open bid pipeline.
• Engage referral partners to generate new revenue opportunities.
