SERVPRO of Chesterfield is hiring a Large Loss Project Manager to oversee restoration projects and crews, ensuring scope, estimates, scheduling, and client satisfaction. The role requires leadership on front-line teams across multiple sites in disaster restoration.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in PM or estimating, experience with Xactimate/DASH, and a willingness to travel. A valid license and preferred IICRC credentials are noted, with opportunities for advancement and a strong team

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating.
• Xactimate and DASH experience preferred.
• Experience in restoration/disaster relief.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High school diploma/GED; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• IICRC certifications strongly preferred.
• Willing to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates using software.
• Negotiate project scope and approvals.
• Schedule and oversee Project Managers, crews, and resources on active projects.
• Review site docs and ensure client requirements and billing.
• Maintain communications with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurers.
• Manage production expenses including equipment and vehicles.

As the Large Loss Project Manager for our Chesterfield location, you will oversee all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned restoration crews. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure an accurate scope of work for projects and prepare estimates utilizing computer hardware and proprietary software
• Negotiate customer and/or client approval of project scope and estimate
• Schedule, coordinate and oversee Project Managers, crews and resources to provide service on active projects to include subcontractors
• Review job site documentation to support the services provided and ensure proper client requirements and billing process
• Maintain written communication with customers, teammates, vendors, and insurance representatives
• Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets

Additional Responsibilities

• Manage the customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
• Provide priority response to potential customers
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, and training restoration teammates

Position Requirements

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in Project Management or Estimating
• Xactimate and DASH experience preferred
• Experience working in the restoration field, with preference in disaster relief
• Valid driver’s license
• High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• IICRC certifications strongly preferred
• Willing to travel extensively

Skills/Physical Demands/Competencies

• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
