Job summary

PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC. is expanding and is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire.

The role involves on-site inspection of property damage across fire, water, wind and hail claims, and preparing detailed estimates for restoration projects. Responsibilities include negotiating with insurance companies and selling reconstruction work to property owners for both residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• The individual should have experience in estimating all types of jobs and has used the industry estimating software.
• Experience in the restoration industry a plus.
• Must have ability to use computer estimating software and computer skills and construction knowledge is a must.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect on-site property damage including fire, water, wind and hail claims and related construction damage.
• Prepare an estimate for the job.
• Negotiate with the insurance company.
• Sell the job to the property owner.
• Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for both residential and commercial properties.
