Job summary

Trident Restoration is seeking a seasoned Sales/Estimator to price and sell restoration, mitigation, renovation, and other construction work in the Tallmadge, OH area.

You will estimate projects, manage paperwork and schedules, maintain client and vendor relations, oversee billing, and help develop controls and systems while ensuring high client satisfaction. Availability after hours or on weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven success with disaster restoration and mitigation project management and construction sales/estimating.
• Proficiency with Xactimate software and MS Office.
• Supervisory experience and college degree preferred.

• Leads are provided from various preferred vendor programs.
• Manage project paperwork and job schedules; relationships with customers, vendors and subs; manage projects; minimize errors and problems; oversee billing and collections; maintain high client satisfaction and assist in developing controls and systems.
• Availability after normal business hours or on weekends may occasionally be required to accommodate customer availability.
