The ideal candidate has estimating experience with industry software, construction knowledge, and restoration industry exposure. Responsibilities cover both residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating all types of jobs and proficiency with industry estimating software.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to use computer estimating software; strong computer skills and construction knowledge.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Inspect property damage onsite (fire, water, wind and hail, and related damage).
• Prepare an estimate for the job.
• Negotiate with the insurance company.
• Sell the job to the property owner.
• Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for residential and commercial properties damaged by fire or water.
