Responsibilities

• Inspect the property damage (onsite) including fire, water, wind, hail, and other construction-related damages.
• Prepare an estimate for the job.
• Negotiate with the insurance company.
• Sell the job to the property owner.
• Estimate and sell reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating all types of jobs and knowledge of industry estimating software.
• Experience in the restoration industry is a plus.
• Proficiency with computer estimating software, computer skills, and construction knowledge is required.
• Additional experience in the industry is a plus.
