Job summary

ServiceMaster of Greater Pittsburgh is seeking a Repair & Reconstruction Project Manager to inspect properties, assess damage, prepare scopes and estimates, and manage repairs to restore residential, commercial, and institutional properties to pre-loss condition.

Collaborate with property owners, insurance professionals, adjusters, and contractors to develop repair plans and deliver projects on time, within scope, and with strong sales, communication, and project management skills.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience in the Disaster Restoration field.
• Valid and Insurable Pa. Driver's License.
• Criminal background and Drug Screening required.
• Willingness to meet clients outside of regular business hours.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Xactimate estimating software.
• Experience with complete residential and light commercial repair and reconstruction.
• Ability to build rapport and close deals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to assigned leads to inspect and scope damages from fire, water, smoke and storms.
• Present professional introductions to property owners and the company.
• Prepare on-the-spot presentations to owners or their representatives.
• Explain the company value proposition and lead clients to the right decision.
• Obtain signed documents after client approval.
• Conduct detailed inspections to create comprehensive scope and quotes.
• Provide photos and drawings to support scope and quotes for clients and insurers.
• Use technology to expedite repair, reconstruction and remodeling delivery.
• Present scope and plans to obtain buy-in from property owners.
• Negotiate with insurance representatives to agree on scope and costs.
