360 Fire & Flood is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team. The Estimator prepares accurate cost estimates and project budgets for commercial and residential projects by analyzing plans, materials, labor, and other requirements.

You will work with clients, vendors, and internal teams to develop competitive proposals, identify cost-saving opportunities, and ensure estimates align with company standards.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in restoration or construction.
• 2+ years of experience in water damage restoration.
• 3 years of experience using Xactimate.
• Strong reading of architectural/engineering drawings.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare accurate estimates and project budgets for commercial and residential work.
• Analyze plans, specs, materials and labor to develop competitive bids.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors and internal teams to align with standards.
• Travel to various job sites as needed.
