PANHANDLE CLEANING & RESTORATION, INC. is expanding and seeking a Construction Estimator for our Wheeling, WV location. The role involves inspecting damage onsite, preparing estimates, negotiating with insurers, and selling reconstruction work to property owners.

The ideal candidate has estimating experience with industry software, construction knowledge, and restoration industry exposure. Responsibilities cover both residential and commercial projects.

Qualifications

• Experience estimating all types of jobs and proficiency with industry estimating software.
• Restoration industry experience is a plus.
• Ability to use computer estimating software; strong computer skills and construction knowledge.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.

Expanding disaster Restoration Company is seeking a Construction Estimator for immediate hire. We are seeking to fill positions at our Wheeling, WV Office.

Duties include

• Inspecting the property damage (onsite). Damages include: fire, water, wind and hail claims and any other construction related damage.
• Prepare an estimate for the job.
• Negotiate with the insurance company.
• Sell the job to the property owner.
• Estimating and selling reconstruction jobs for properties damaged by fire or water for both residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications

• The individual should have experience in estimating all types of jobs and has used the industry estimating software.
• Experience in the restoration industry a plus.
• Must have ability to use computer estimating software and computer skills and construction knowledge is a must.
• Experience in the industry is a plus.
