You will evaluate impacts on providers and populations, document observations in designated systems, coordinate with civil engineers, and help identify recovery needs while upholding privacy and professional ethics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field required/preferred.
• Current license or certification required for specific assignment.
• Must complete organization screening, credentialing, cybersecurity training, Rules of Behavior, and role-based training before access.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams in disaster jurisdictions identified.
• Assess operational impacts to access to human services.
• Explain how observed conditions affect providers and populations.
• Document service delivery impacts in designated systems.
• Coordinate with civil engineers on facility conditions.
• Identify service gaps and recovery needs.
• Prepare assessment summaries, briefings, and reports.
• Provide crisis-support and resource navigation when required.
• Maintain privacy and security of information.
• Maintain deployment readiness and complete required screenings.
• Travel nationwide and deploy within contract timeframes.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service prioritizing clients.
