Job summary

Endeavors seeks a Disaster Human Services Social Worker to join our Impact Assessment team. The role evaluates how disasters affect human service providers, documents impacts, and coordinates resources for community recovery.

Working with engineers and other professionals, you will conduct field assessments, gather information from providers, officials, and partners, and produce summaries and reports to support mission objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field; licensure as required by assignment.
• Experience in social work, human services, disaster response or coordination preferred.
• Must complete organization screening, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training before deployment.
• Must maintain reliable availability and be able to travel nationwide.

Responsibilities

• Deploy with Disaster Human Services Impact Assessment teams to field locations.
• Assess operational impacts on access to human services.
• Document observations and service delivery impacts in records.
• Coordinate with civil engineers and specialists on facility conditions.
• Provide crisis support and resource navigation when required.
