Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent with one year of related experience or training.
• Ability to analyze, organize, and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
• Intermediate Microsoft Office suite and related technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and make outbound phone calls to serve homeowners affected by disaster.
• Communicate and minister to homeowners, keeping them informed during the application process and assisting with requests.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the ministry and support phone calls for other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
