Job summary

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a highly experienced Superintendent to lead debris removal and emergency response activations across the U.S. You will supervise field crews, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safety and contractual compliance while traveling to disaster sites.

The role requires 10+ years in supervision within disaster recovery, strong leadership, and the ability to manage schedules, costs, and quality under pressure.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience as a Superintendent or comparable field leadership role in disaster recovery or construction.
• 5+ years of people management and coordination experience across multiple project phases.
• Ability to read and apply safety regulations, contract documents, project specs and drawings.

Responsibilities

• Read and adhere to SOPs and safety policies.
• Direct and coordinate personnel and subcontractors on-site.
• Monitor field work for accuracy and productivity with daily production reporting.
• Ensure debris eligibility per contract specifications and FEMA guidelines.
• Travel extensively to deploy disaster recovery sites across the U.S.
• Provide daily reports and manage project schedules and costs.
