Job summary

Ceres Environmental Services, Inc. seeks a senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale civil construction and disaster recovery projects. You will own project P&L, manage multi-site programs, and coordinate with executives, clients, and field teams.

The role requires deep construction experience, strategic leadership, and the ability to travel extensively to meet project demands across the U.S. and beyond.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• 12+ years delivering projects in diverse environments (civil/construction/infrastructure).
• 5+ years leading large-scale projects with P&L accountability.
• Experience with government contracts and regulatory compliance.
• Willingness to travel extensively and deploy on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle project delivery from pre-construction to closeout.
• Oversee large-scale civil construction projects with scope, schedule, and cost alignment.
• Maintain full P&L ownership including budgeting and forecasting.
• Develop and execute detailed project execution plans and resource plans.
• Manage personnel and equipment across multiple concurrent projects.
• Serve as primary client interface including government agencies.
