Job summary

Tetra Tech is seeking an experienced Cost Estimator to support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs. You will develop accurate, defensible cost estimates for infrastructure restoration, emergency and permanent work, and support eligibility determinations for public facilities.

This on-call cadre position may be remote, field-based, or hybrid depending on client needs and project requirements, with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Support FEMA Public Assistance and other disaster recovery programs through project scoping, damage assessment, and cost estimating activities.
• Prepare cost estimates for labor, equipment, materials, subcontractor, and general conditions.
• Develop conceptual, parametric, and detailed bottom-up estimates for infrastructure projects.
