Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during supported field or remote operations in Salem, OR. You will conduct intake, assess needs, and develop individualized recovery plans while coordinating resources and maintaining documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention or disaster recovery preferred.
• Professional fluency in another language is highly desirable.
• Must complete organization and required screening, background investigation, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training, Rules of Behavior, and role-based disaster human services case management training before deployment.
• Must complete the NIMS courses IS-100.C, IS-200.C, IS-700.B, and IS-800.D before deployment.
• Must maintain reliable availability and deploy within contract timeframes; variable schedules including evenings and weekends.
• Driver’s license with a clear record; daily use of a vehicle.
• legally authorized to work in the United States and complete all employment screening and background checks.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and update goals as needs change.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit resources for unmet needs.
• Provide resource referrals and follow-up; assist survivors in navigating benefits and services.
• Protect PII and comply with privacy, cybersecurity, and record-keeping rules.
• Maintain deployment readiness and document progress, referrals, and outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or a related field
