• Collects, coordinates and reviews applicant data to determine eligibility and priority of assignments.
• Supports communication with applicants about status and coordinates documents with FEMA’s Consolidated Resource Centers.
• Supports the claims process by reviewing damage details, scopes of work, and costs.
• May coordinate and complete basic site inspections to validate damage for FEMA Public Assistance.
