Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is seeking a DHSCM Field Lead to supervise disaster case management teams delivering DHSCM services. The role connects survivors to human services and resources and leads field operations at Disaster Recovery Centers and other locations.

The position is intermittent and deployable; training is paid and deployments may last up to 90 days. Lodging and per diem are provided during deployments and readiness training is expected.

Qualifications

• Supervise disaster case managers and related staff during deployments.
• Coordinate field operations and ensure continuity of survivor services.
• Apply trauma-informed, culturally responsive approaches.
• Maintain compliant, accurate case records and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field operations, including deployment of teams.
• Set daily priorities, locations, and shift schedules for deployed staff.
• Oversee case management functions and resource referrals.
• Ensure use of approved case management systems and reporting tools.
• Manage demobilization and transfer of cases during deployment.
