Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Six months experience with individuals with disabilities in a vocational setting preferred.
• Comfortable using computer software such as Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Provides hands on instruction to participants on job tasks at the worksite.
• Assists participants in the completion of job tasks at the worksite.
• Provides job site personal and work adjustment training.
• Provides travel training on the public transportation to participants.
• Maintains ongoing communication with designated team members regarding participants and services.
• Develops, modifies, and implements service plans for assigned participants.
• Prepares monthly progress reports, discharges and other relevant participant-related documents.
• Schedules and chairs staffings for assigned participants.
