Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of service in Human Services position may substitute for degree in a different field.
• Must attend and pass various training required for the position.
• Must have a good MVR and valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and encourage activities of DDSD consumers in employment training programs.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 35-45 consumers.
• Attend Annual IP Meetings to report on consumer employment.
