Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Job Coach to support individuals with developmental disabilities through on-the-job coaching within the Supported Employment program. You will help participants build skills and promote integration with staff at various worksites, aiming for competitive employment outcomes.

The role involves counseling, supervision, and administrative duties such as monthly statistics, progress reports, and data entry into company databases.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year related experience preferred.
• Must pass criminal background checks and become First Aid & CPR certified.

Responsibilities

• Provides on-the-job coaching to participants to support successful employment outcomes.
• Promotes social integration between participants and employees and communicates with managers.
• Maintains regular data entry, progress reports, and program plans.
• Completes administrative duties and coordinates with referral agencies as needed.
• Ro ves to different worksites and supports SE administrative needs when coaching is unavailable.
