Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 1–3 years’ experience in a higher education setting.
• Experience coordinating exam accommodations, scheduling and proctoring exams, and working with faculty.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates exam accommodations including scheduling, proctoring, and working with faculty.
• Manages front desk operations, room scheduling for events, and department email monitoring.
• Supervises student workers and tracks time-sheets.
• Communicates exam information and materials with faculty and students.
• Ensures security and integrity of exam processes and ADA/504 compliance.
