Job summary

Cal Poly's Disability Resource Center seeks a Senior Testing Coordinator to oversee the daily operations of the DRC Testing Center, ensuring timely, secure, and fully accommodated exam administration for students with disabilities. You will supervise staff, mentor professionals, and collaborate with faculty and Access Specialists to uphold institutional, legal and accessibility standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ADA, Section 504, and FERPA regulations as they relate to academic accommodations and exam administration.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to oversee multiple exams, schedules, and priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with students, faculty, staff, and campus partners.
