Qualifications

• RN with current unrestricted license and six years of relevant clinical experience, or an equivalent licensure and experience.
• Masters prepared licensed vocational rehabilitation counselor or other licensed Allied Health professional with 3 years relevant experience in the medical and/or Psychology fields including two years of specific medical training

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the unit to support clinicians and ensure timely disability determinations.
• Develop and monitor guidelines for staff support of physicians and psychologists in the disability review process.
• Oversee DES programs related to unit functions and provide input during program initiation or renewal.
• Provide administrative support for existing and new DES lines of business through effective unit processes.
• Coordinate customer service operations, monitor call volumes, and supervise staff communications with clients.
• Analyze and evaluate administrative systems to identify improvements and implement efficiencies.
• Collaborate with senior management to assess resources for new business opportunities and establish procedures.
