Qualifications

• RN with current license and six years of relevant clinical experience.
• Masters prepared licensed or certified rehabilitation professional with 3 years relevant experience in medical/psych fields, including two years of medical training.
• Experience with quality improvement activities and customer service processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to interact with clients and partners.
• Understanding of privacy laws (HIPAA) and data security in medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage a large support unit to assist clinical staff in disability determinations.
• Develop and monitor guidelines for staff supporting medical and psychology professionals.
• Provide administrative support for existing and new DES lines of business.
• Coordinate customer service operations and monitor call volume and client communications.
• Ensure compliance with DES guidelines and state/federal regulations and privacy laws.
