TELUS Health is seeking an experienced Specialist of Absence and Disability Management to lead ADA interactive process, advise on reasonable accommodations, and manage FMLA, state leaves, and STD claims. You will coordinate with clients, HR and health professionals to ensure compliant decision making and timely communication.

Competenze

• 5+ years of US Leaves and Disability Case Management experience.
• 3 years of ADA case management experience.
• Associate's Degree.

Mansioni

• Manage accommodation claims and advise on reasonable accommodations under ADA.
• Handle FMLA, military, state leaves and STD claims.
• Conduct case assessments with employees, managers, HR and explain the leave management process.
• Review information and consult with LifeWorks resources to approve/deny claims.
• Analyze FMLA medical certifications to ensure regulatory compliance timelines.
• Coordinate return-to-work goals and provide support for RTW planning.
• Attend team meetings and trainings and follow SOPs.
