Job summary

Rise Services Inc. in Utah is seeking a Job Coach or Employment Specialist to help individuals find and keep competitive employment. You will work with Vocational Rehab and other state agencies to support job placement and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience and/or education in developmental disabilities or related field preferred.
• Must have a valid Driver's License.
• Must have a reliable personal vehicle for transporting individuals.
• Must pass a criminal background screening.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist those within our services in finding and keeping jobs.
• Work with Vocational Rehab and other state entities to find, and maintain competitive employment.
• Support clients in achieving independence through employment.
