The ideal candidate has a background in social work or related field, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and experience in social work or related fields as outlined in job posting.
• Alternative degrees with relevant social work experience accepted.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and maintain career opportunities for clients.
• Provide job skills training, career development, placement, and retention services.
• Communicate effectively and work well in a team-oriented environment; manage duties.
• Obtain and maintain fingerprint clearance as required.
