Job summary

Beacon Group in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Lead Job Coach to oversee a team of Job Coaches delivering supported employment services. You will guide daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality client outcomes within Beacon Group programs.

The role emphasizes leadership, coordination, and resource management, with opportunity to engage directly in coaching as needed and to partner with the Business and Wolves teams to meet program goals.

Qualifications

• Three years minimum experience working with adults with disabilities.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to obtain/maintain credentialing for Behavioral Health clients.
• Valid Arizona Driver's License and ability to pass Beacon driving test.
• Pass drug test and background check; CPR/First Aid/AED certification or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the Job Coaches to ensure client-centered service delivery.
• Coordinate site priorities with management and staffing.
• Conduct annual performance evaluations for Job Coach staff.
• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard new Job Coaches.
• Review and approve staff time cards, payroll data, and reports.
• Ensure staff comply with supervision, paperwork, safety, and performance standards.
• Approve time-off requests and maintain coverage.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
