Job summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services in Parma Heights, OH, is seeking a capable supervisor to oversee the Day Program and Employment Services. This full-time role focuses on managing supports, coordinating service delivery, and leading staff through hiring, training, and performance management.

Requirements include a four-year degree in social or human services, at least two years in human services, and preferred supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social or human services or related field is required or preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
