Job summary

ViaQuest, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager in Parma Heights, Ohio, to oversee our Day Program and Employment Services.

This full-time position focuses on coordinating supports, managing staff, and ensuring quality service delivery for individuals with developmental disabilities. The role requires a four-year degree in social or human services (preferred) and at least two years in human services, with management experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in social or human services or related field preferred.
• Minimum of two years' experience in human services.
• Management or supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals in the Day Program.
• Personnel management and coordination of service delivery.
• Hiring, training and retaining quality employees.
• Participating in the development of behavior support plans for individuals served.
• Ensuring all PAWS are accurate and complete.
