Junior Achievement of Kansas Topeka Director is a full-time, hybrid role based in Topeka, KS. You will lead and grow JA programs, manage operations, and engage volunteers while building strong relationships with schools, businesses, and partners to deliver high-quality experiences for students.

You will plan events, oversee budgets, and work with the statewide team to align with JA goals. Occasional local travel and community outreach are part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in community outreach and stakeholder management.
• Proven ability to coordinate programs and run events.
• Fundraising, grant writing, and donor stewardship skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for diverse audiences.
• Leadership experience supervising staff or volunteers.
• Proficiency with common office software and digital tools.
• Knowledge of financial literacy and workforce readiness basics.

Responsabilités

• Lead and grow JA programs in the Topeka area.
• Oversee local operations, program delivery, and scheduling.
