Responsibilities

• Lead teams and individuals in spiritual development and ministry activities.
• Recruit, train and mentor volunteer leaders and staff.
• Collaborate with area directors to implement ministry strategies.
• Plan and execute annual ministry plans and events with the area team.
• Support fundraising activities and donor engagement as needed.
