Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience leading a team.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar field.
• At least 4 years of fundraising and development experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Residence in Kansas or willingness to relocate.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute development and marketing strategies to advance the organization.
• Lead the Marketing and Development Team, providing cross‑department support.
• Oversee annual campaigns, major gifts, endowment building and grant management.
• Travel as needed to fulfill fundraising and marketing objectives.
