Job summary

Clover Health is seeking a Director of Workforce Management to lead the Clover Care Visit (CCV) workforce strategy. You will integrate workforce planning, recruiting, onboarding, leadership capacity, and performance management into a single operating system to maintain visibility and drive speed and quality across the clinician network.

The role emphasizes scalable onboarding, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional leadership to support rapid growth while maintaining clinical quality

Qualifications

• Experience scaling workforce planning, capacity management, and complex healthcare operations.
• Ability to turn ambitious growth targets into executable plans across recruiting, onboarding, and performance.

Responsibilities

• Own the CCV workforce plan end to end, translating growth targets into weekly and monthly hiring, onboarding, and readiness goals.
• Create visibility from candidate pipeline to ready-to-visit, establishing metrics, forecasting, and reporting to surface risks early.
• Build a scalable clinician onboarding model by partnering across Clinical, Talent, IT, Operations, and other teams.
• Build leadership capacity for preceptors, clinical leads, onboarding cohorts, and frontline management.
• Own workforce performance management with clear standards and operating rhythms (attendance, attrition, productivity, etc.).
• Align productivity with quality and member experience when defining and managing performance.
