Job summary

Clover Care Services is seeking a Director of Workforce Management to scale our CCV clinician workforce. You will own the end-to-end staffing strategy, build onboarding at scale, and drive performance management with clear metrics and dashboards.

You will partner across Clinical Activation, Talent, IT, Operations, and Finance to ensure capacity, readiness, and high-quality care as we grow through 2027 and beyond.

Qualifications

• Experience leading workforce planning in healthcare settings.
• Ability to translate growth targets into actionable hiring plans.
• Strong analytical skills to convert data into forecasts and decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the CCV workforce plan end to end and translate growth targets into hiring goals.
• Create visibility from candidate pipeline to ready-to-visit with forecasting and dashboards.
• Build scalable clinician onboarding and leadership capacity models.
• Define performance management standards and operating rhythms.
• Align productivity with quality and member experience through data-driven decisions.
• Develop repeatable workforce-management capabilities for CCS and future programs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration among Clinical Activation, Talent, Operations, Finance, and analytics.
