Clover Health seeks a Clinical Field Scheduling & Logistics Specialist to coordinate field operations and scheduling for our Home Care team. This remote role prioritizes candidates in New Jersey and requires strong organization to handle dynamic schedules and real-time changes.

The ideal candidate will manage clinician availability, optimize routes, and support daily assignments for NP and MA staff while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. Remote-first with regional focus in New Jersey.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, workforce coordination, field logistics, or healthcare operations.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort learning new systems and working in an evolving environment.
• Experience with CareLink, healthcare scheduling, Google Workspace, or Excel is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage clinician schedules, profiles, availability, and service areas in CareLink.
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics across New Jersey.
• Optimize clinician routes based on geography and priorities.
• Identify and resolve scheduling errors, overbooking, and coverage gaps.
• Manage last-minute schedule changes due to callouts or emergencies.
• Coordinate daily assignments for Nurse Practitioners and Medical Assistants.
• Support PTO approvals and schedule updates with clinical managers.
• Respond to real-time scheduling questions and issues.
• Train new clinical team members on CareLink workflows.
• Use approved AI and automation tools to streamline workflows.
