This role will own the workforce planning function, scaling clinical and operational capacity to support growth, translate targets into actionable plans, and partner with cross-functional teams to balance quality, productivity, and execution in a high-touch operating model.

Remote in the United States. Compensation: $161,500–$210,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in workforce planning or clinical operations.
• Translate growth targets into actionable workforce plans.
• Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making.
• Experience in scaling high-touch operational models.
• Effective cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Background in healthcare workforce scaling or field operations.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end workforce plan.
