- Design and optimize core WFM processes for forecasting and scheduling.
- Partner with technology teams to automate workflows and optimize platforms.
- Develop scenario-planning tools to evaluate staffing and productivity.
- Lead functional design reviews and user acceptance testing.
- Serve as a cross-functional bridge to translate operational challenges into solutions.
