Job summary

DEPCOM Power seeks a Director, Workforce Development to lead the enterprise workforce development strategy across our renewable energy projects from Scottsdale, AZ. This role builds scalable capabilities to enable safe, predictable, and efficient project execution and supports long-term growth.

You will collaborate with Legal, HR, Operations, Finance, and project teams to establish governance, reporting, and escalation processes while developing leadership pathways and workforce readiness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience in workforce development, apprenticeship programs, and strategic leadership.
• Ability to lead enterprise change and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long-term workforce development strategy aligned to business growth and project demand.
• Design apprenticeship and pipeline programs and build external partnerships.
• Provide leadership for compliance with IRA and other programs; establish governance and reporting.
