Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, fleet ops, warehousing, or construction ops.
• Leadership of large-scale logistics or operations teams.
• Experience developing enterprise logistics strategies and operating models.
• Experience in large infrastructure/utility-scale projects.
• Leading transformation and standardization initiatives.
• Building high-performing teams.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise logistics strategy aligned with growth objectives and project delivery.
• Lead enterprise initiatives for material flow, transport, fleet management, warehousing, site logistics, and equipment deployment.
• Align logistics resources and operational capabilities with project demands and business priorities.
• Drive fleet utilization to improve productivity and cost efficiency.
• Establish warehousing standards and asset control.
• Lead site logistics planning and execution to boost project productivity.
• Develop SOPs, governance processes, and performance standards.
• Establish KPI frameworks and dashboards for decision making.
• Capture lessons learned and best practices across the organization.
• Build and sustain a high-performing logistics organization; mentor leaders.
• Partner with Engineering, Project Management, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Finance teams.
• Champion technology adoption and analytics to improve planning and visibility.
