Job summary

DEPCOM Power, a Koch Engineered Solutions company, is seeking a Director of Workforce Development to lead enterprise strategy, apprenticeship programs, technical qualifications, and leadership development across utility-scale renewable energy projects.

The role focuses on building scalable workforce capabilities to enable safe, predictable project execution and support Koch's long-term growth objectives, based at our Scottsdale, AZ headquarters. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Experience developing apprenticeship programs, workforce pipelines, or compliance-related workforce programs.
• Willing to travel up to 25% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute DEPCOM's long-term workforce development strategy aligned to business growth and operational priorities.
• Provide leadership for compliance requirements including apprenticeship and prevailing wage obligations.
• Create leadership development strategies, succession plans, and career pathways for future leaders.
• Establish enterprise standards for technical qualifications, competency management, and workforce readiness.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to align recruiting strategies with current and future project needs.
