Makse Group seeks an experienced Director of Workday HCM Consulting to lead the HCM practice across implementations, optimizations, and AMS engagements in the United States. You will oversee delivery quality, resource planning, and client satisfaction while mentoring leaders and consultants.

With 10+ years in Workday HCM, you will partner with PMO, Sales, Recruiting, and executive leadership to scope, staff, and support engagements, driving strategic value and continuous improvement.

Competenze

• 10+ years of direct Workday HCM consulting experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading Workday consulting teams.
• Current or previous Workday HCM certifications required.
• Experience working for a Workday Services Partner strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

Mansioni

• Lead Workday HCM practice across implementations, optimizations, and AMS engagements.
• Maintain delivery quality, client satisfaction, and project performance.
• Oversee the HCM project portfolio and address risks, scope, and escalations.
• Serve as executive sponsor for strategic and high-risk engagements.
• Establish governance and quality controls across the practice.
• Own resource planning, capacity, utilization, and staffing for HCM engagements.
• Coach and develop HCM managers, architects, leads, and consultants.
• Collaborate with Recruiting to plan hiring aligned with demand.
• Provide leadership throughout full Workday lifecycle and transition to post-production support.
• Oversee AMS delivery including service quality, staffing, and client priorities.
• Drive continuous improvement and increased Workday adoption for clients.
• Maintain accountability for engagement profitability, budgets, and forecasts.
• Build relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders.
• Support solution estimates, proposals, and statements of work.
• Identify opportunities to expand Workday services with clients.
