Qualifications

• 10+ years of direct Workday HCM consulting experience.
• 6+ years of experience leading Workday consulting teams.
• Workday HCM certifications required.
• Experience with a Workday Services Partner preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field.

• Lead Workday HCM practice across implementations, optimizations, and AMS engagements.
• Oversee delivery quality, client satisfaction, project performance, and governance.
• Manage resource planning, staffing, and utilization for HCM engagements.
• Maintain relationships with client executives and senior stakeholders and support proposals.
